Conditions and Fines

Some reports are handled by assigning them to external service providers (Ministry of Transport, Water Authority, Telecommunications, etc.).
The service is available through multiple channels: Call Center, Balady App, Balady Web Portal, and Social Media Platforms.
It is possible to submit a report as a guest without registering on the Balady portal.
Report images must be uploaded directly from the phone camera and cannot be selected from the gallery.
