Log in to my platform.
Click on the (Services List) link from the (Services) list in the top bar.
Search for a service (shelter facility occupancy fee platform) by entering the name of the service in the search box (search here...).
After the requested service appears, its details can be viewed by clicking on (Details).
After displaying the service card to the beneficiary, the procedures can be started through the (start service) button.
You can use the user guide to view the steps for requesting the service.
1) Confirming the accuracy of the facility’s information.
2) Document the facility using one of the documentation methods available on the platform
