1) The service entity representative fills out and sends the building connection excavation permit application after logging in to the Balady platform and verifying the accuracy of all data and reviewing the service requirements and acknowledging that he has read and adhered to them.
2) The application is reviewed by the Project Coordination Office and the entities within a short period not exceeding 24 hours maximum to approve the permit.
3) Once the application is accepted, the invoice for the prescribed fees is issued automatically and the applicant is notified of the need to pay within a specified period.
4) Upon payment of the fees, a building connection excavation permit is issued and the applicant is notified and can print the permit.
1) The service entity must identify its representatives within the Infrastructure Projects Coordination Office (users are identified and powers are linked electronically).
2) The service entity must identify its work team within each coordination office in each secretariat (a number of classified contractors, consultants and supervisors).
3) The service entity must prepare the geographical plans (Shape File) for the excavation paths for which an excavation permit is required.
4) The service entity must prepare a security and safety plan for the site, and the plan must be consistent with the security and safety requirements stated in the Traffic Control Means Guide.
5) It is necessary to attach work order attachments and proof of the building location.
6) The service entity submitting the application is obligated to review the application and approve the accuracy of its data before sending it.
