An electronic service provided through the "Balady" platform, designed to assist restaurant and café owners (and similar establishments) who wish to disclose the sale of tobacco products. The platform enables the payment of monthly amounts collected from sales directly to the Disclosure Administration, without the need to visit the relevant authority.

Through this service, citizens will be able to register for the "Certified observer" initiative, which focuses on reporting municipal violations. Citizens may receive an incentive reward if the reported violation is validated and the fine is collected through the inspection platforms after fulfilling the required conditions
