- A limited number of appointments are available per day.
- Attendance at the scheduled time is mandatory; otherwise, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
- If the issue can be resolved by phone, the appointment may not require in-person attendance.
- If attendance is not possible, the appointment can be canceled via the "My Appointments" service, allowing others to use the slot.
