Notes / Warnings
- The multiple coordination report is not considered a permit to start excavation, but it is a means to facilitate the coordination process for a number of excavations.
- Excavations that have been previously coordinated will not need to be re-coordinated, but a fee invoice will be issued for them upon submitting their permit application and will be issued immediately upon payment of the fees.
- The entity is committed The service is to obtain a permit for each excavation coordinated through this system (pre-coordinated excavation permit). If the entity fails to submit an application (issuance of a pre-coordinated excavation permit) sufficient time before the start of excavation to notify traffic and pay the fees (30 hours before the start of excavation), it will not be able to obtain the permit.
