- The validity of the temporary advertisement permit is linked to the validity of
the commercial license. - Temporary advertisement boards on the shopfront must not exceed 50% of
the shopfront’s total width. - The advertisement board must be within the display area of the shopfront and
must not exceed 1 meter from the facade. - The permitted advertisement period must not exceed 90 days from the date
the temporary advertisement permit is issued. - The commercial license must be valid.
- Approval from the Ministry of Commerce is required if the temporary
advertisement type is for sales or discounts.
