Commercial licenses

An electronic service provided on the Balady platform that allows beneficiaries to submit a request to add an old commercial activity license that is not available in the Balady system. The request is then sent to the municipality for approval as a valid commercial license, enabling the beneficiary to access Balady services without the need to visit the relevant authority.

Adding an old commercial license service

Log in to the Baladi platform.
Click on the "Services List" link from the "Services" menu in the top bar.
Search for the Service "Add an Old Commercial License" by entering the service name in the search field (Search here...).
Once the service appears, click on "Details" to view the service details.
After viewing the service card, click "Start Service" to begin the process.
You can also refer to the User Guide for steps on how to request the service.
