- Once approved by the Coordination Office, the request is forwarded to the Municipality Mayor for final approval.
- Upon the Mayor’s approval, all relevant entities and the applicant are notified of the issuance of the Emergency Project Coordination Report, which is made available for printing.
- The project owner may submit an Emergency Project Coordination Request without timing restrictions, except for the necessary coordination and approval period.
- The applicant’s role must be verified as either (Establishment Owner/Manager) via the Ministry of Commerce or as an authorized representative through the Municipal Authorization Service.
