- Submit the application to the engineering office.
- The engineering office completes the required data and prepares the report.
- The municipality approves the certificate.
- A payment invoice number is issued.
- After completing the payment, the occupancy certificate is issued and can be printed.
- Contracting with an engineering office (for non-residential buildings).
- Payment of service fees.
- Possession of a valid building permit.
