- Once the coordination process is completed and the request is approved, all relevant authorities and the applicant are notified of the Project Coordination Report Cancellation, and the project site is made available to other entities.
- Only entities that hold an approved but unused Project Coordination Report for construction permits are eligible to request a cancellation.
- The applicant’s role must be verified as either (Establishment Owner/Manager) or an authorized representative through the Municipal Authorization Service.
- The request is subject to a coordination and approval period among relevant authorities.
