- The request is automatically circulated to all relevant authorities (Coordination and Approval Entities), and they are notified of the request, with a specified response deadline.
- Once the coordination process is completed and the request is approved, all relevant authorities and the applicant are notified of the issuance of an updated Coordination Report, which becomes available for printing.
- The project owner may request a modification only if the project has an approved Coordination Report that has not yet been used for construction permits.
- The applicant’s role must be verified as either (Establishment Owner/Manager) via the Ministry of Commerce or as an authorized representative through the Municipal Authorization Service.
- The request is subject to a coordination and approval period among relevant authorities.
- The applicant must acknowledge and commit to the service requirements and conditions.
