- The applicant fills out and sends a project plan amendment request after logging in to the major projects coordination platform from the Balady platform and verifying the applicant's status, specifying the entity's data, the accuracy of all data, reviewing the service requirements and commitments, and acknowledging that they have read and adhered to them.
- The request is automatically published to all relevant parties (coordination and accreditation bodies) and they are notified of the incoming request that must be reported within a specific coordination period.
- Once the coordination is completed with final acceptance, all relevant parties and the applicant are notified of the existence of an updated copy of the project coordination report and made available for printing
- The project owner may apply to amend a project that has an approved coordination report and is not used by the construction licenses.
- The applicant's status must be verified if he is (owner of a facility/manager of a facility) from the Ministry of Commerce or authorized by a facility through the municipal authorization service.
- The application is subject to the coordination and approval period necessary for the coordination process between the relevant authorities.
- The conditions and commitments for the service must be acknowledged
- Coordination with all parties and obtaining government approvals electronically during the application work cycle.
- Commitment to attaching the traffic safety plan around the project site and the consequences of violating that plan.
- Commitment to any updates received from the Project Coordination Office in the event of bearing the maintenance of the project area.
- Commitment to the work plan dates for the project stages submitted in the coordination request.
- An updated copy of the coordination report must be obtained before proceeding to issue a building permit to build the site.
