This is a service provided to government and private entities throughout the Kingdom. It enables early notification of major construction projects by submitting a request for scheduling a project through the Balady portal. The request goes through a coordination and approval cycle, and an approved coordination report is issued. This report is a requirement for obtaining a building permit for the project.

Through this service, a license for seasonal spatulas can be issued during the seasons that the Municipality / sub-municipality determines, such as the Ramadan season, Hajj season, spring season, or others.
